MANU CULTURAL PILCOPATA

DIA 1 CUSCO – PAUCARTAMBO - PILCOPATA

We leave early morning at 6:00 a.m. to our jungle destiny. We make some stops to experiment some tourist places, the first is
Minamarca mines old Pre- Inca cemetery.
Then we get to Paucartambo ancient colonial town. In this place, we have lunch and then we continue to another bus stop Ajanacu
Control gate to Manu park and the highest one at 3800 m.u.a.s.l , we continue descending to the rainforest , on the way we can enjoy vegetation and in San Pedro the Peruvian rock cock male dance to attract the female, and finally we arrive to our destiny Pilcopata where we have dinner and lodging

DIA 2 WALKING AND RIVER RAFTING

After breakfast we go to Villa Carmen hacienda where we are going to appreciate lots of animals like monkeys, macaws, capybaras, tapirs etc.
Our guide is going to take us on a 3 hour walking through a trail in the middle of the jungle as far as the waterfalls.
We will be in contact at any time with medicinal plants, animals and native people. Alter lunch by the Piñipiñi river shore we take our boat to make river rafting (2-3 degrees) until we come back to villa Carmen harbor.
We will return to Pilcopata for our resting time and dinner.

DIA 3 HORSES – HUACARIA

During this day we are going to have a horse back riding to the native people community of
Santa Rosa de Huacaría They will explain about the life and costumes, we will learn how to make arrows and bows the growing of the coca leaf and other tropical products and to end up with the tour, rest and relax for swimming in a natural pool made by the local people on the shore of Huacaria river, we rest here too, afternoon river free afternoon and lastly, supper.

DIA 4 BACK TO CUSCO

Early breakfast to back 7 hours approximately by bus to Cusco
Transfer to the hotel end of the service
